Welcome to Coley Cottages

Coley Cottages is a small, family-run business with a big love for the Lake District. After a family holiday here, we were hooked by the ever-changing scenery, the walks, and the cosy pubs and decided to create a place where others could experience that same magic.

We’re Will, Giles, Jeni and Ali, and together we own and manage four holiday cottages across some of the most beautiful parts of the Lakes. From the design and style of each space to the thoughtful details that make a stay feel special, we’re involved every step of the way.

What makes the Lakes so special to us is the variety it offers; the freedom of the fells, the calm of the water, the buzz of market towns, and the joy of a good pub fire after a long walk. It’s a place that makes you slow down and enjoy the moment. That’s exactly what we hope our guests feel too.
